Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi-Nanyuki

Stop At: Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Nanyuki Private Bag, 10400 Kenya
Touchdown at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where our representative will meet you. Approximately four hours’ drive to Ol Pejeta conservancy and arrive in time for lunch at the Sweetwater’s Serena Camp. Later you will have your tour briefing. Dinner and overnight at Sweetwater’s Serena Camp.

Day 2: Nanyuki

Stop At: Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Nanyuki Private Bag, 10400 Kenya
After breakfast proceed for a morning game drive. Expect to see members of the big five which include the lions, elephants, rhinos, cheetah and the leopard and a variety of other wildlife. Lunch at Sweet waters tented camp. Evening visit to the Chimpanzee Sanctuary, home to the charismatic apes rescued from the black market in Kenya. Lunch at Sweet waters. Later you will have chance to visit the Rhino sanctuary and see the white rhino, Baraka, a blind rhino which is almost becoming extinct. Dinner and overnight at Sweetwater’s Tented Camp.

Day 3: Nanyuki-Samburu

Stop At: Samburu National Reserve, Samburu National Reserve, Samburu District, Rift Valley Province
After breakfast drive to Samburu National Reserve and arrive at Sarova Shaba Game Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive within the reserve. Expect to see members of the big five except the rhino and the members of the special five; reticulated giraffe, grevys zebra, somali ostrich, long necked gerenuk and the beisa Oryx. The reserve is also known for its diversity of the birdlife with over 390 species of birds found there. Dinner and overnight at Sarova Shaba Game Lodge.

Day 4: Samburu-Nairobi

Stop At: Nairobi, Nairobi
After breakfast have an early morning game drive. Expect to see a variety of wildlife including the greater and lesser kudu with their impressive horns. Sightings of the big five except the rhino can also be seen within the reserve. Approximately 6 hours drive back to Nairobi. Lunch at the Carnivore restaurant. Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in time for your flight.
