Itinerary

Day 1: NAIROBI – MASAI MARA

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
Our drivers will pick you from your hotel at 0730am, drive to the city center at the departure point. At this point you can visit Supermarket and buy snacks or anything else that you would like to pick for the trip. There after Depart and proceed to the one of the renowned view point in Great Rift Valley, you will get brief information about the formation of the rift valley as well as Kenya History, there after you will drive for another 2 hours to get to Narok town for hot lunch. After lunch you drive for another close to 2.5hrs on a bumpy road which reflects the true Kenyan jungle as you encounter the Masai and their villages along the way. On arrival in Masai Mara you will be received by our staffs in the camp and direct you to the room which will be your home for the next 2 nights. After refreshing you will head on for late afternoon game drive in this park, which is essentially the northern extension of Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park as an artificial border only separates the two. Masai Mara is renowned for its high animal concentration and abundance of Black-manned lions, elephants and buffalo can be seen (3 out of the big 5) though luck is essential for spotting leopard and rhino, which make the other two. The reserve is essentially the northern extension of Tanzania Serengeti National Park and is home to numerous plains game including the migratory wildebeest, the common zebra and the Masai giraffe as well as antelopes like Thompsons gazelle, Hartebeest, impala and Dik Dik among others. After exploring the park and begin lucky to have seen either 1-2 of the big 5 you will return to the camp for dinner and overnight in our tented camp.

Day 2: MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
On this day you will wake up as early as 0630am, then proceed to our dining hall where you will find your Buffet Breakfast served by our cook. You will have 30min of breakfast and there after leave for the whole day game drive packed with your picnic lunch. Our driver will open the pop up roof so that you are able to stand and have clear game view while in your game drive. You will start spotting animals at a very close distance and we advise our guests to have all their cameras ready as the animals are in their Natural habitats and actions takes place without a notice, this early morning you might capture the early morning Lion kills as well as cheetahs strategizing a hunt before the sun get hot. The Masai Mara is famous for its lions, elephants, leopard, rhino and buffalo that make the ‘big five’ though luck is essential for spotting the other two namely which are rather shy and elusive. The park’s animal concentration and abundance is second to none. After exploring the park you will proceed on the Mara River where the great Migration of the wildebeest takes place every year, lunch will be served here and our guests are advised not to feed the monkeys which will try to snatch some of your fruits which is common here. You will be able to see the hippo pool where with luck you may spot crocodiles basking on the rocks. Numerous plains game including antelopes, wildebeest, zebra, Masai giraffe can be seen as well as scavengers like hyena and vulture. There after lunch you will proceed for another afternoon game drive as you return to the camp at around 1830hrs where you will be received by our staff with a cup of African tea or coffee as you wait for the dinner to be served. Overnight in the Lodge/Camp.

Day 3: MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE – NAIROBI

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
Wake up call at 0600am, have a cup of hot coffee or African tea, proceed for early morning game drive, the early morning Game safari offers you golden opportunity for early morning big 5 kills, African Jungle Male Lions are spotted along the trails as well as other Kenya big 5 including the documented the Big Cat Documentary, Lion, Leopard & Black Rhinos if lucky. The Kenya Trails Game viewing takes about 2-3 hours then return to the Camp for full breakfast. After the breakfast check out the camp and for those who might be willing to visit the famous Masai Village our driver will organize for you but with an extra coast of Ksh 1000/ 10 USD You will be entertained with Masai Moran dance as well as the visit of the Manyatta. Inside the Manyatta take as many photos as you can as a memory of Africa Cultural visit. There after proceed back to Nairobi with a stopover in Narok Town for Hot Lunch as you leave for Nairobi arriving early afternoon where you will be dropped either back to your hotel
