Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi-Samburu

Stop At: Samburu National Reserve, Samburu National Reserve, Samburu District, Rift Valley Province
Early morning pick up from airport or your Nairobi hotel. There will be a brief safari orientation(pre-departure meeting) of the safari, thereafter you will drive north past the equator to the northern frontier district. Continue to the semi arid Samburu National reserve and check in to your campsite
After lunch at the camp there will be time to settle in before your first game drive adventure begins.
4.00pm Set out for an afternoon game drive in the reserve. Return to the camp before dark for dinner, overnight and relaxation.

Day 2: Samburu Reserve

Stop At: Samburu National Reserve, Samburu National Reserve, Samburu District, Rift Valley Province
Wake up call 6.00am.
6.30am Set out for an early morning game drive in the reserve. This is usually the most popular game viewing time. During the early hours temperatures are low, thus providing a favorable atmosphere both for the game and the viewer. Lion, Cheetah and Leopard roam the vast grasslands in search for their next meal, it may be an unsuspecting impala or even a small one like the warthog…whatever the players, the spectacle of nature unfolding is always awe inspiring!
8.30am Back at the camp, enjoy your sumptuous breakfast.
12.30pm lunch in the lodge then its time at leisure to relax by the swimming pool.
4.00pm afternoon game drive. Return to the campsite before dark for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Samburu-Nakuru

Stop At: Nakuru, Nakuru, Rift Valley Province
After an early morning breakfast at 0730hrs depart for a morning game drive in the reserve as we exit. Drive a southerly direction to the equator with a brief stop, here the locals do a water demonstration to qualify the position of the equator. After the brief stop drive to the thompson falls for a photo-stop then down the rift valley as you ascend the eastern wall of the rift Valley lush coffee and tea plantations reveal themselves and your driver guides will give you a brief talk about coffee farming in Kenya.
After checking in at your camp settle down for lunch.
7.30pm Dinner in the Hotel.

Day 4: Nakuru-Maasai Mara

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
Full buffet breakfast and enjoy a morning game drive at Lake Nakuru the home of the white rhino and flamingo. Thereafter drive via Narok town to Maasai Mara National reserve, the land of the Maasai tribe. The proud young Maasai warrior-nomads with their plaited hair, red cloaks, and spears, challenge your curiosity. The 700-square-mile Game Reserve is the Africa of your dreams, complete with wild animals grazing amid the superb rolling landscape of gentle hills and acacia woodlands. Check in to your camp.
Lunch in the lodge. There will be time to settle in before your first game drive.

Day 5: Maasai Mara

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
After breakfast leave with picnic lunch for full day will be spent game viewing exploring the Game reserve in search of the Big 5, and other variety of wildlife Game includes: elephant, Black Rhino, buffalo, plains zebra, white-bearded gnu, Oribi, warthog, Thomson’s and Grant’s gazelle, hartebeest and the big cats; the rivers are home to hippo and crocodiles. Leave the park in the evening and you can do a maasai visit or Simply relax.

Day 6: Maasai Mara-Naivasha

Stop At: Naivasha, Naivasha, Rift Valley Province
On this day you can do a hot air balloon safari (optional) or have an early morning game drive. Come back to the camp for breakfast, check out and leave for Naivasha. Arrive in the afternoon and can either visit hells gate national park for cycling, game drive or rock climbing or can do a boat ride in Lake Naivasha.
Overnight and dinner at Naivasha Crescent Camp

Day 7: Naivasha-Amboseli

Stop At: Amboseli National Park, Amboseli National Park, Amboseli Eco-system, Rift Valley Province
After breakfast proceed on a game drive in Hells gate National Park, known for its beautiful rocks and the only park that you can cycle, take advantage of this and walk around and try afew rocks, a beautiful memorable experience it will be. After lunch drive to Amboseli national park arriving in the evening. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 8: Amboseli Park

Stop At: Amboseli National Park, Amboseli National Park, Amboseli Eco-system, Rift Valley Province
A day of game drives in this park which contains swamp grounds in which elephants and hippos bathe in abundance. A variety of plains game, antelopes and birds can also be seen and Mt. Kilimanjaro’s peak too if weather conditions permit. We will cater for picnic lunches return to overnight at the camp.

Day 9: Amboseli-Nairobi

Stop At: Nairobi, Nairobi
Early morning game viewing, return to the camp for full breakfast, check out and later drive back to Nairobi. Have lunch en route arriving in the late afternoon. You will be dropped at the airport to catch your flight or at your hotel for an overnight and you can also enjoy and familiarize with Nairobi.
