Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi- Masai Mara
Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
You will be met by our driver/guide at your hotel/airport/area of residents who will drive you to Masai Mara National reserve. Drive into the park with a game drive en-route to your hotel.
The Mara Game Reserve —one of the greatest wildernesses of the world. Large mammals are varied, and easy to see. Residents among the Park’s are: Masai Giraffe, Buffalo, Eland and thousand of plain game including Impala, Zebra, Topi, both Thomson’s and grants Gazelles.
You will check-in and have lunch before having an afternoon rest. You will embark on an evening game drive till sunset where you drive back to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
Overnight at Royal Mara Safari Lodge.

Day 2: Full Day Exploring Masai Mara
Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
The search for great predators and perhaps even cubs continues the whole of this day. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. During our stay we also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Masai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience.

Day 3: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru
Stop At: Lake Nakuru National Park, Lake Nakuru National Park, Rift Valley Province
Early morning breakfast. After breakfast leave Masai Mara for Lake Nakuru arriving in time for lunch. Check in at the camp and have lunch. Afternoon game drives till sun-downer.
The Park is a home to stunning flocks of lesser and Greater Flamingos, which literally turn the lake shores in to a magnificent pink stretch. The bird life here is world renown and over 400 bird’s species exist here, White Pelicans, Plovers, Egrets and Marabou Stork. It is also one of the very few places in Africa to see the white Rhino and rare Rothschild Giraffe. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Samburu National Reserve
Stop At: Samburu National Reserve, Samburu National Reserve, Samburu District, Rift Valley Province
Early breakfast at your hotel, short game en-route, Leave Lake Nakuru for Samburu arriving with a short game drive in time for lunch and check in at Samburu Sopa Lodge have lunch and relax. Samburu is one of Kenya’s most protected areas and home to species only found north of the equator, from the reticulated giraffe to Gravy’s zebras and Beisa oryxes.
Later afternoon game drive until sun-downer. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 5: Samburu – Aberdare National Park
Stop At: Aberdare National Park, Aberdare National Park, Central Province
After very early game viewing and breakfast, you will check out from the lodge and proceed for Aberdare National Park. Arrive at Aberdare National Park check in for lunch and after rest till 15.00Hrs proceed for an evening game drive through the vast forests of Aberdare. Aberdare is home for lions, leopards, elephants, East African wild dog, giant forest hogs, bushbucks, mountain reedbucks, waterbucks, Cape buffalos, suni, side-striped jackal, eland, duiker, olive baboon, black and white colobus monkey, and sykes monkey. Rarer sightings include those of the African golden cat and the bongo. Species such as the common eland, serval live in the higher moorlands. The Aberdare National Park also hosts a large eastern black rhinoceros population and over 250 bird species including the endangered Aberdare cisticola, Jackson’s francolin, sparrowhawk, African goshawk, African fish eagle, sunbirds and plovers.

Day 6: Aberdare – Nairobi
Stop At: Aberdare National Park, Aberdare National Park, Central Province
After breakfast you will check out of your hotel with your final game drive as you check out of the park.
Proceed to Nairobi where our driver will drop you back in Nairobi at the airport, your hotel or place of residence.
