Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara Game Reserve

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
We will start your drive to Masai from Nairobi early in the morning. We drive down the scenic escarpment of The Great Rift Valley with a brief stop at Rift Valley Escarpment. The dawn drive takes in the African sunrise, Rift valley escarpment and Masai plains. We arrive at Masai Mara Game Reserve and after check-in, take the first game drive in the Masai Mara Game Reserve .

Day 2: Full Day Exploring Masai Mara

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
After breakfast, leave for a full day’s game drive to Masai Mara, Kenya’s finest wildlife and a picnic lunch by Mara River with views of hippos and crocodiles. Our morning and afternoon game drives take us in search of Africa’s Big Five and the plethora of other wildlife inhabiting this vast Kenyan game reserve. On clear days, the Masai Mara offers fantastic orange tinged sunsets well-worth capturing on camera. The vast Masai Mara offers abundance of wildlife such as Masai giraffe, baboons, warthogs, bat eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyena, topis, impala, hartebeests, wildebeest, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos and bird species. It is also common to see lions either basking after a heavy meal or surveying the wild plains for their next meal. Cheetahs and leopards are harder to spot but reasonably common. Return to lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru

Stop At: Lake Nakuru National Park Kenya
Depart Masai Mara after breakfast and an optional morning game drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, a spectacular landscape of bush land housing a huge diversity of wildlife. Take a game drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, a spectacular landscape of bush land housing a huge diversity of wildlife. Have a paranomic view of the beautiful sceneries on the game drive a long side the shores of the lake where you will have an opportunity of seeing millions of migratory birds. In the acacia woodland, you will search for the plain game including the White Rhino.After lunch, spend time spotting birds in this incredibly diverse hotspot for seasonal migration, including the flamboyant pink flamingos for which the lake is famous for. Thousands of flamingos live in the park due to its abundance of alga. During the game drive, you may spot leopards, lions, cheetahs, and many other species before completing your day on Baboon Cliff. Return to lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.
