Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Olpajeta conservancy
Stop At: Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Nanyuki Private Bag, 10400 Kenya
You will be picked from the airport/ hotel from where you will proceed to Olpejeta Conservancy which is 200km north of Nairobi on the slopes of Mt Kenya and located on the Equator. You will check in at the conservancy and start you game drive en-route to the restaurant where you will have lunch at Moranis restaurant. The Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Kenya has over 10000 large mammals and it is the only park where the big 5 and chimpanzees can be seen in the chimpanzee sanctuary. Our guides will ensure you have a comprehensive game viewing drive . Visit the Chimpanzees and get to feed Baraka the Blind Rhino. After lunch you will take a rest before proceeding for a game drive at 1500hrs searching this beautiful park for the BIG 5. You will head to Nanyuki for dinner and overnight at the Peaks Hotel.

Day 2: Olpajeta – Ngare Ndare Forest – Nairobi
Stop At: Ngare Ndare Forest Reserve, 58FM JM Timau, Meru Mt. Kenya, Nanyuki Town, Nanyuki Municipality 10400 Kenya
After breakfast you will check out of your hotel as you begin with a drive towards the Ngare Ndare Forest gate.
An armed ranger and a guide will be assigned to you. We will set out on a 7km hike to the famous waterfalls. The forest is home to 7 waterfalls. We will then go for the the canopy walk. It is 10 meters high and 450 meters long, being the longest and highest canopy walk in East Africa. This is peoples favorite part of the trip and the wobbly bridge makes it all the more exciting. The forest is vast and you might just spot an elephant or a leopard. The forest is home to 7 waterfalls. We will also be able to swim in the natural pool at Ngare Ndare Forrest. After we have explored as much as we can we will then head back to Nanyuki for lunch then head back to Nairobi where you will be dropped at your hotel or airport.
