Itinerary

Day 1: NAIROBI / MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE.

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
You are welcomed by Pongezi Africa Safaris representative at the Airport. You are given a short brief of your safaris. Later you drive to the west side of Kenya to Maasai Mara. Have a stop at the Great Rift Valley View Point along the road that was built by Italians Prisoners with the Smallest Church. Pass through the agricultural area of Maize, Wheat and Barley. Arrive in time for check in and lunch at Mara Sekenani Tented Camp..
Have a game drive in the afternoon. Look for Common Zebras, Lions, African Elephants and Topis. Wait for the beautiful Sunset with an Acacia Tree. Be back to the Camp at 1830hrs.

Day 2: FULL DAY SAFARI IN MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE.

You have a full day game drive with the picnic lunch. The name’ Maasai’ means the speakers of Maa language and ‘Mara’ means Spotted. It’s the seventh wonders of the world due to its annual wild animals migration from Serengeti in Tanzania to Maasai Mara. It occupies an area of 1500 km2. You look for Lions, Cheetahs, Zebras, Leopards, Crocodiles and Giraffes. Be back to the Camp at 1800hrs.

It’s the seventh wonders of the world due to its annual wild animals migration from Serengeti in Tanzania to Maasai Mara during the month of July to Septembet. Its landscape is from woodland to open grassland, hills to riverline vegetation. You look for Lions, Cheetahs, Zebras, Leopards, Crocodiles and Giraffes. Be back to the Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE / ISEBANIA / SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK.

Have an early breakfast and leave for Isebania Border Point. Go through the Immigration office and later change the vehicle and the Guide to that of Tanzania. Proceed to Serengeti National Park. Have a stop for lunch. On arrival to the park, start the game drive on route to Tanzania Bush Camp where you have dinner and overnight.

Day 5: FULL DAY SAFARI IN SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK.

Have a full day game drive in the park. Serengeti covers an area of 14760 km2. The name is derived from Maasai community language “Maa” meaning “plains without an end”. It has acacia and savanna woodlands: scrub forest, vast open plains and swamps. Popular for being native home of the wildebeest the migrants to Maasai Mara in Kenya. Also it shelters; elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, wild dogs, hyenas and same 500 bird life. Return to the Camp at 1800hrs.

Day 6: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK /.NGORONGORO CRATER / KARATU

Have breakfast in the Camp and later drive to Ngorongoro conservation area for a full day game drive with Picnic Lunch. It’s the biggest Crater in Africa. You will look for Black Rhinoceros, African Elephants, Lions, Cheetahs, Leopards, Gazelles etc. In the evening drive to Marera Valley Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: KARATU / TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Stop At: Tarangire National Park, Tarangire National Park, Arusha Region
Have an early Safari Photography where you approach the Alkaline Lake for Pink Flamingos with the beautiful Sunrise. Manyara is known for having lions that climbs trees in order to have a better view to its prey. Look also for Leopards, tree Hyraxs. Return for breakfast and later drive to Tarangire National Park. Arrive for check in and lunch at Tarangire Sangaiwe Tented Lodge. In the afternoon have your game drive in the park. Tarangire name is derived from the river that crosses it where the animals such as Lions, Cheetahs Maasai Giraffes and African Elephants come for water. Wait for the beautiful Sunset. Return to the Lodge at 1830hrs.

After breakfast leave for Arusha with Safari Photography on route. Arrive for lunch at Arusha Hotel and later drive to the Namanga Boarder Point. Pass through the immigration office and then change the vehicle and the Guide. Drive to Amboseli AA Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Have a full day game drive with a picnic lunch. Capture a video of big herd of Elephants as they come down from the Mount Kilimanjaro. Other animals are, African Buffaloes, Zebras, Lions, Cheetahs, Spotted Hyenas, Giraffes, Hippopotamus and many water birds including Flamingos. Hike to the Observation Hill for a view of the Whole Park as you have your lunch there. Later return to the hotel at 1700hrs.

Wait for the herd of African Elephants descending from Mount Kilimanjaro as they cross in front of your vehicle. Enjoy the beautiful video of the Sunrise with the Mountain. Return for breakfast and later drive to Nairobi with a lunch on the way. Later drop off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or to your residence.
