Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi
Stop At: City Park, PRPH+PMG, Nairobi, Kenya
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will be met by African Adventure Specialists’ staff and transferred to Four Points hotel for check in and remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 2: Nairobi –Samburu Game Reserve
Stop At: Samburu National Reserve, Nairobi Kenya
Leave Nairobi after breakfast to Samburu, heading north, you’ll pass near Thika and continue north through some breathtaking scenery dotted with rushing mountain streams and fields of tea and coffee. After Nanyuki town, you’ll continue north, eventually reaching a dusty outpost known as Isiolo, the last major stop on the journey into the remote northern frontier district. From here it’s a fairly short hop to Samburu. Arrival at the camp in time for lunch and then depart for an afternoon game drive returning to the camp as the sunsets.

Day 3: Samburu Game Reserve
Stop At: Samburu National Reserve, Nairobi Kenya
Early morning game drive is followed by breakfast, and time to relax by the camp pool or the terrace overlooking the river. After lunch there will be another game drive returning to the camp as the sun sets.

Day 4: Samburu – Lake Nakuru
Stop At: Lake Nakuru National Park Kenya
An early morning start takes you North West as you head for Nyahururu, still known to many as Thomson’s Falls for its 237 foot cascade. Now travel in a southerly direction to your next destination, the spectacular Lake Nakuru. Proceed on a game drive direct upon clearing with the park entry procedure. This is often coloured a shimmering flamingo pink from thousands of the beautiful birds lining its shores. You will arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. Following lunch there is an afternoon game drive until 1800hrs.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara
Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya
After an early morning breakfast, drive to Narok town via Mai-Mahiu with a brief a rest stop and proceed on to Mara arriving in time for lunch at Mara sopa lodge or similar. After lunch, depart for an afternoon game drive returning back to the lodge as the sunsets.

Day 6: Masai Mara
Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya
Early morning game drive in the reserve returning back to your lodge for breakfast Or breakfast Full day spend in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents like the well-known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo and the dangerous Crocodiles with a visit to Mara river. In the late afternoon on your way back to the camp, A visit to a Masai village and a school at an Extra Cost. In the evening spend a few hours enjoying the lodges’ recreational facilities such as the swimming pool or you may take a walk with the resident lodge naturalist

Day 7: Maasai Mara – Lake Naivasha
Stop At: Lake Naivasha, Naivasha Kenya
After breakfast, check out of the park and drive along the floor of the Great Rift Valley escarpment to Lake Naivasha arriving in time for lunch. The Rift Valley lakes make up some of the oldest and deepest lakes in the world. Lake Naivasha is the highest of all the lakes and features pristine fresh water. In the afternoon, you will take an Optional cruise around the lake to view the resident hippos payable direct. If you are lucky, you might even spot a fish eagle as well as a visit to the crescent island for a one-hour walking safari with the resident herbivores including giraffes and gnus found in this island (Payable direct). In the evening transfer back to your lodge for Dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Lake Naivasha- Amboseli National Park
Stop At: Amboseli National Park, Entonet, Loitoktok District, Rift Valley, Kenya
After an early breakfast, a road journey takes you into Amboseli National Park, set at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro. The park may be best known for its herds of elephants and the ground-breaking research began by Cynthia Moss in the early 1970’s. Along with these gentle giants, other plains game such as zebra, wildebeest and buffalo are in abundance. Arrive in time for check in and lunch at Kibo safari Camp. Afternoon game viewing drive in the ark before returning to your lodge for dinner and Overnight.

Day 9: Amboseli
Stop At: Amboseli National Park, Entonet, Loitoktok District, Rift Valley, Kenya
Full day in the Park. Amboseli National Park is situated near the border of Kenya and Tanzania in the south east region of Kenya about 250 kms from Nairobi. Magnificent views of snow-capped Kilimanjaro are dominant. The best time to see it, however, is early morning or just around sunset. This is Africa’s highest mountain – some call it “the rooftop of Africa”. Game drives with all meals and overnight in the Camp.

Day 10: Amboseli National Park – Nairobi
Pass By: City Park, PRPH+PMG, Nairobi, Kenya
Following an early breakfast, you’ll catch your last views of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro as you depart Amboseli viewing game en route to the border of the park. From here turn west to the colourful border town of Namanga, where you will find some unique Maasai beadwork. Then turn north along a good tarmac road across the beautiful and seemingly never ending Athi Plains, arriving in Kenya’s bustling capital city of Nairobi by mid-day. On arrival, drop off at the Airport for your onward travel arrangements.
