Itinerary

Day 1: Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu

Stop At: Samburu National Reserve, Nairobi Kenya
Pick up at hotel or airport then drive to Samburu national reserve.
Check-in at the lodge and have lunch. Have afternoon game drive, Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge

Day 2: Samburu National Reserve full day game drive

Stop At: Samburu National Reserve, Nairobi Kenya
Morning and afternoon game drives in Samburu with a lunch and leisure break at the lodge in the midafternoon. Samburu is north of the equator and contains rare, drought resistant animal species which go for long periods of time without water. These include the reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, the Blue-Shanked Somali ostrich and the Gerenuk and the Beisa oryx. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 3: Samburu – Lake Nakuru National Park

Stop At: Lake Nakuru National Park Kenya
After breakfast, proceed on a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, the abode of various water birds that breed in the lake’s alkaline waters including flamingo, White rhino, Rothschild’s giraffe and plains game are other species encountered while waterbuck and Cape buffalo are common on the lake-shore. Have lunch, dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru lodge

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Hells Gate & Boat ride

Stop At: Hell’s Gate National Park, Lake Road South South of Lake Naivasha, Naivasha 20117 Kenya
Breakfast at the lodge then drives to hells gate national park. The park, which is mainly, comprised of the savannah ecosystem harbors a wide variety of wildlife. There are over 100 species of birds in the park, including vultures, Verreaux’s Eagles, augur buzzard and swifts. African buffalo, zebra, eland, hartebeest, Thomson’s gazelle, and baboons are also common. The park is also home to the klipspringer antelope.
The afternoon takes a boat ride in Lake Naivasha to a crescent island for a walking safari among the wildlife found on the island. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha crescent Camp.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha – Maasai Mara

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Narok 00100 Kenya
An early morning drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve. Maasai Mara holds on as one of the few places left on earth where wildlife still lives comparatively undisturbed, in the numbers that once roamed the plains and forests of Africa. As the northern tip of the vast Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara hosts the spectacular seasonal migration of many thousands of Wildebeest, Zebras and attendant predators. Arrive in time for lunch then have an afternoon visiting Maasai Village to learn about the culture. Dinner and overnight at the AA Maasai Mara lodge

Day 6: Maasai Mara Full day game drive

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Narok 00100 Kenya
After breakfast, you will spend your day on safari in Africa’s richest wildlife viewing arena. Historically teeming with wildlife, the Mara hosts Kenya’s largest lion prides and elephant herds. Other predators include leopard, cheetah and spotted hyena; while in the Mara River you will see fat pods of hippo and vast Nile crocodiles. you will have a picnic lunch at the hippo pool during the migration you can spot a kill at the Mara river when the crocodiles attack the wildebeest. Dinner and overnight at the AA Maasai Mara Lodge
