6 Days in Masai Mara- Lake Nakuru- Amboseli

This is a safari that you will be able to see alot of wildlife, especially in Masai Mara which is very rich in wildlife and in Lake Nakuru you will the see the white and black rhinos. In Amboseli there are jumbo elephants.

Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi- Masai Mara

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
You will be picked up from the hotel for orientation at 8am. You will depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve via the view-point of the Great Rift Valley and Narok Town for lunch. Upon arrival you will proceed for a game drive, tracking various animal species and birds with your driver/guide. Dinner and overnight will be at the camp with bed, bedding, electricity, hot-showers, and mosquito nets.
Duration: 12 hours

Day 2: Masai Mara Full Day

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
After breakfast you will proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodile. Dinner and overnight at the camp with bed, bedding, and hot shower.

Day 3: Masai Mara- Lake Nakuru

Stop At: Lake Nakuru National Park, Lake Nakuru National Park, Rift Valley Province
Early morning pre-breakfast game drive. After breakfast, depart the Mara region for Nakuru, lunch enroute, with scenic views of Mt. Longnont and Lake Naivasha from afar on the main highway. You will arrive in the evening and be dropped off at the hotel for dinner and overnight the budget hotel with self-contained rooms.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru- Amboseli National Park

Stop At: Amboseli National Park, Amboseli National Park, Amboseli Eco-system, Rift Valley Province
After breakfast proceed on a game drive in Lake Nakuru Park, known for its prolific bird life including flamingos. The park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white rhino while species like cape buffalo and water-buck can be seen near the shoreline. Later you will drive to Amboseli National Park. Dinner and overnight will be at the camp.

A day of game drives in this park which contains swamp grounds, bathing elephants, and hippos. A variety of plains game, antelopes, birds and Mt.Kilimanjaro’s peak can be seen if weather conditions permit. We will cater for picnic lunches and then return to overnight at the camp with bed, bedding, hot showers, electricity, mosquito nets, and dinner.

Day 6: Amboseli National Park- Nairobi

Stop At: Nairobi, Nairobi
Early morning game viewing and then return to the camp for a full breakfast. Later we will drive back to Nairobi to proceed to Mombasa for beach holiday by road. We will drop you off at Emali to board a bus to Mombasa, or at the airport to get you on a connecting flight to Mombasa.
