Itinerary

Day 1: Departure from Nairobi to Masai Mara

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
You will be met at the hotel lobby by our driver guide and briefed about the safari and then you will proceed to the Masai Mara National Reserve with a stop over at the Rift Valley view point. You will then proceed past the Mt Longonot and Suswa craters into Narok the largest Maasai town. Then proceed to the reserve and check in at the Mara Sopa Lodge for lunch. At 4 PM, you will embank on an afternoon game drive and return to the lodge before dusk for dinner and over night.

Day 2: Masai Mara National Reserve, Game drive.

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
After an early breakfast, You will proceed for a full day game drive with picnic lunch where you will see a variety of wildlife species which are more active at this time of the day which include the famous big 5 such as Elephant, Lions, Rhinos, Buffaloes, Leopards. Other wildlife species that can be spotted in the reserve include the giraffes, Topis, Zebras, Wild beasts and many more. In the evening you can watch a golden sunset as it goes down the horizon. You will then return to your lodge for dinner and over night.

Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve to Lake Naivasha

Stop At: Lake Naivasha, Naivasha Road Nakuru County Kenya
Rise up early for breakfast, check out and depart Masai Mara for Lake Naivasha. We will arrive at the lodge with enough time to settle in before lunch with a little time to relax before we head out for an afternoon boat ride. As you sail along the shores of the lake, you will see a variety of water bird species that include the African Fish Eagle, Cormorants, Pelicans, Ibises, King fishers among others. You will also an opportunity to view a hippos at a distance. You will then return to the lodge for leisure and over night.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha to Solio Ranch

Stop At: Solio Ranch, Nyeri- Nyahururu Road, Nyeri 10100 Kenya
After breakfast and check out, you will proceed to Central part of Kenya, with a stop over at the equator then proceed for lunch and check in at Rhino Watch lodge. After lunch, you will visit Dedan Kimathi coffee plantation nature walk or Aberdares country club nature walk. Dinner and overnight at Rhino Watch Lodge.

Day 5: Solio Ranch Game drives.

Stop At: Solio Ranch, Nyeri- Nyahururu Road, Nyeri 10100 Kenya
After breakfast, it will be a day in the park with picnic lunch at solio Ranch. The ranch is a fenced, privately owned protected area geared toward rhino conservation. The 17,500-acre reserve, 22 km north of Nyeri Town, plays a major part in the protection and breeding black rhinos in Kenya. The rhino is a member of the ‘Big-Five’, which are a key tourist attraction. Solio Ranch is recognized as one of the most successful private rhino breeding reserves in Kenya. The animals live in harmony with other wildlife, including the Buffalo, Zebra, Giraffe and plains game such as eland, Oryx, impala, Waterbuck, Thompson’s gazelle and warthog. By the end of 2009, Kenya had 635 black rhinos and 353 white rhinos in various conservation areas around the country. You will later go back to the lodge for dinner and over night.

Day 6: Solio Ranch back to Nairobi

Stop At: Nairobi, Nairobi
You will have an early breakfast at the lodge and then check out embanking to Nairobi with a stop over for last minute curio shopping at Sagana. We will give a complimentary Nairobi city tour Nairobi view point. Then your driver guide will drop you at your hotel.
