Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Stop At: Nairobi, Nairobi
Arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. You will be met by our representative outside the customs and immigration hall and then transferred to Tamarind Tree Hotel. If time allows it, you will be briefed about your safari at the Hotel Lobby.

Day 2: NAIROBI – MASAI MARA

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
Breakfast at the hotel.
07h30: Depart for Masai Mara National Reserve via the great rift vally. En route you will have great scenic views of the extinct volcanoes, Suswa and Mt Longonot.
12h30: Arrive at Sarova Mara Game Camp and be assisted for the check-in, then have lunch.
16h00: Depart for a game viewing drive in the reserve. Return to the camp before sunset, for dinner and the overnight stay.

Day 3: MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE GAME DRIVES

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
06h30: Embark for an early morning game-viewing drive before breakfast in search of the big five, then return to the camp at 08h30, for breakfast.
At 10h00 you will visit the local Maasai cultural village, and after spending your mid-morning with them you will return to the camp for lunch and an afternoon relaxation. The Maasai are proud pastoralists and warriors. Spend time in the “Manyatta” and immerse you in one of earth’s oldest cultures. The ladies and children will entertain you with traditional songs and while at the village you will see how they go about their daily lives in a very traditional way, like making fire with stones and sticks!
16h00: Depart for an afternoon game drive in the reserve, return to the camp before dusk. Dinner and Overnight.

Day 4: MASAI MARA – NAIROBI – DEPART

Stop At: Nairobi, Nairobi
Rise early, tea or coffee then proceed on the final game viewing drive in the reserve. Return to the camp for breakfast. Check out and depart for Nairobi via Narok. Arrive and be transferred to Carnivore restaurant for lunch. You will then be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport based on your flight schedule.
