Day 1: Arrival

Pass By: Nairobi, Nairobi
Meet and greet upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by our representative and transferred to the Panafric Hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 2: Nairobi – Maasai Mara Game Reserve (265km – Approx. 5-6hrs drive)

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
You will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel in the morning and drive to Maasai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game-viewing. Dinner and overnight stay at Mara Sopa Lodge.

The Maasai Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to comprehend – indeed, over 450 species of animals have been recorded here! You will easily spot lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, leopards, many kinds of antelopes and elephants.
It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place; the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna; lions, cheetahs, wild dogs, jackals, hyenas, and vultures.

Day 3: Maasai Mara Game Reserve – Full Day Game Drives

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
Spend a full day in the Maasai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. You can also decide to take an optional hot air balloon ride (at an extra cost per person); you will also have the option of visiting a local Maasai village (at an extra cost per person). All meals and overnight stay at your lodge

Maasai warriors are famously known as the proud nomadic tribe whose legendary prowess in battle and single-handed acts of bravery in fights with the wild animals are known across the world. A visit reveals the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience.

Day 4: Maasai Mara Game Reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park via Naivasha (300 km – Approx. 6 hrs drive)

Stop At: Lake Naivasha, Naivasha Kenya
Rise early for a breakfast and check out with a game drive en route and depart for Naivasha with a picnic lunch. Enjoy boat ride at Lake Naivasha where you can spot hippos as well as a variety of birds common to this area. Visit Crescent Island which is about 15 minutes by boat away from the shores of Lake Naivasha and is one of the few places where you can enjoy a nature walk alongside wild animals.

Later proceed to Nakuru National park arriving in time for evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge.

Lake Nakuru is a shallow alkaline lake in the Rift Valley renowned for its spectacular flamingo population. The lake is famed as one of the world’s greatest ornithological spectacles. Lake Nakuru National Park is home to zebras, gazelles, Rothschild giraffe, impalas, black and white rhino sanctuary and other large mammals.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru – Amboseli National Park (420 km – Approx. 7 hrs drive)

Enjoy early morning game drives at the park, then return to the lodge for breakfast and check out and proceed to Amboseli National Park with picnic lunch en-route arriving in the time for game viewing in the park. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge

Amboseli National Park, the second most popular animal park after Maasai Mara is at the Kenya-Tanzania. Its magnificent situation at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro combined with its excellent opportunities to view Kenya’s animals makes it one of the most-visited safari parks in Kenya.

Day 6: Amboseli National Park – Full day game drives

Enjoy morning and evening game drives in Amboseli National Park with an optional tour to the Maasai village to experience their traditional way of life and dances. You will have a chance to visit Observation Hill, which overlooks the park, swamps and, of course, the herds of free-roaming elephants.

Amboseli is renowned for its large herds of free-ranging African elephants. There are over 900 African elephants in Amboseli, as well as huge herds of wildebeests and many other animals including giraffes, African lions, monkeys, zebras, hyenas, and antelopes.

Day 8: Drop off at the airport
