Stop At: Giraffe Centre, Duma Rd, Nairobi Kenya
The tour starts by picking you from your Nairobi Hotel/Accommodation and your first stop will be the Giraffe Center, an elevated treetop area where you will see the Giraffe quite literally face–to–face sanctuary for the rare Rothschild giraffe, the center has a feeding platform . Here a resident expert also presents a private briefing on the Center’s work to save the endangered Rothschild giraffe.
Stop At: The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, Nairobi National Park, Nairobi Kenya
Leave Giraffe center to Elephant Orphanage, located on the edge of Nairobi National Park. Since its inception, the project has hand-reared more than 150 baby elephants that have been orphaned in the wild, often due to poaching. The orphanage helps to reintegrate these gorgeous creatures into the wilds of Tsavo National Park in the east of the country. Learn more about this fascinating venture and see the baby elephants being fed by their keepers.
You will proceed for your lunch at a restaurant to be advised by the guide(own expense)
You later proceed to Bomas of kenya. The word Bomas was derived from “Boma”-a Swahili word for enclosed homestead and there are now many different “Bomas”, each one representing one of Kenya’s major ethnic groups.
