Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya
Pick up in Nairobi from your hotel or residency within Nairobi CBD at 8:00 am and  Start your safari to Maasai Mara at 08:30. You will have a stopover at the Rift Valley viewpoint at 10:00 to see the escarpments and the flat lands below. The Rift Valley is a geographical formation that formed millions of years ago and runs from the top to bottom of Africa. After that, you will eat lunch in Narok Town at 12:00 and then arrive in Maasai Mara at 15:00. Take an evening game safari drive for two hours.

Pass By: Great Rift Valley, Kenya
The Great Rift Valley is part of an intra-continental ridge system that runs through Kenya from north to south. It is part of the Gregory Rift, the eastern branch of the East African Rift, which starts in Tanzania to the south and continues northward into Ethiopia.[1] It was formed on the “Kenyan Dome” a geographical upwelling created by the interactions of three major tectonics: the Arabian, Nubian, and Somalian plates.[2] In the past, it was seen as part of a “Great Rift Valley” that ran from Madagascar to Syria. Most of the valley falls within the former Rift Valley Province.

Day 2: Full day in Masai Mara

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya
At 07:30, you will start a full-day game drive all the way to the Mara River, the site of the great wildebeest migration. picnic lunch in the park at 13:00, then complete the game drives and return to your accommodation at 16:00. In the evening, you will visit Maasai Village to learn more about their culture ( Optional)
Duration: 6 hours

Stop At: Mara River, Maasai Mara National Reserve 00200 Kenya
On this day we have a full day game drive where we go all the way to the river where the migration takes place.
On other times of the year we have lots of animals coming to drink water and also crodiles and Hippos basking in the sun.
Duration: 5 hours

Day 3: Masai Mara to Namanga Border

Stop At: Namanga Border Crossing, A 104, Namanga, Kenya
Breakfast  then Early morning game drive. Then start the drive to Namanga border to spend the night.You will be picked on the way by a separate car so that you don’t get to the city traffic jam as you head to Namanga which is the border town  to get  ready for the Tanzania part. You will go through customs Stamping and getting visa at the border.

Day 4: Namanga to Lake Manyara

Stop At: Lake Manyara National Park Tanzania
Drive  to lake Manyara National park.
Manyara is 3 to 4 hours drive from The border and it’s a small park that you can do game drives for 2 to 3 hours. Arrive and check inn at campsite.Game drive after lunch until evening.
Duration: 2 hours

Day 5: Lake Manyara to Serengeti

Stop At: Serengeti National Park, Serengeti National Park
Breakfast then Leave for Serengeti. Arrive and start game drive enroute to the camp. Name of the camp- Serengeti katikati camp.

More game drives afternoon until late evening

Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro

Stop At: Ngorongoro Crater, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Tanzania
Early morning game drive in Serengeti until afternoon . picnic lunch in the park .Depart after lunch. Game drive en route to Ngorongoro  and arrive at simba campsite to spend  night there.
Duration: 4 hours

Day 7: Ngorongoro to Arusha

Stop At: Ngorongoro Crater, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Tanzania
Early Breakfast, early morning descent into the crater. game drive in Ngorongoro with picnic lunch.
Duration: 4 hours

Stop At: Venus Premier Hotel, Plot No 15, Block D, Martine Street, Arusha, Tanzania, Arusha 15113, Tanzania
Depart after 1 pm and start drive for 3.5 hours to arrive ARUSHA around 5 pm.Dinner and relax
Duration: 6 hours

Day 8: Arusha to Nairobi

Stop At: Arusha, Arusha, Arusha Region
Depart by the morning shuttle that leaves at 9 am.Drive to the border to cross into the Kenya side.Drive on to arrive in Nairobi at around 2 or 3 pm depending on traffic. Meals. Breakfast only
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Namanga, Namanga, Rift Valley Province
This is the border crossing back to Kenya. You dont need to apply for a new visa. The original one is still valid
